There’s no entertainment like kids’ entertainment!
I was so bored this week that I scoured the internet for viral videos. The web did not fail me, for I came across videos of cute kids. Four of the kids touched my heart; the other two made me nearly roll over the floor in laughter (ROFL, as my kids say).
Let me share with your these kids.
Best friends meet again
These two 3-year-olds were separated because of the lockdown, and when they see each other again, it’s like it’s been forever!
These two boys first met in nursery school and became inseparable since then. Sadly, the lockdown due to the coronavirus prevented them from seeing each other.
When the lockdown was over, the parents of these boys set a meetup for the two.
The boys didn’t know whom they would be meeting, and when they realized to whom they were headed, they ran. Watching them run towards each other’s arm is like watching two lovers, who finally meet by the sea, in classic films!
Best friends meet again, 2
This video is of another set of best friends. It is quite an old video, taken September of last year. However, it resurfaced because the two boys from the video became models for a clothing campaign to raise funds for charity. The campaign aims to promote antiracism.
I think these two boys very well represent the need for unity amid protests happening now in various places due to racism and equality issues. I guess the fact that these two boys have different skin colors but are best friends makes them the best model.
This boy won’t marry
Oh yeah, talk about kids making a (good) point!
This little boy explains to his father why he won’t get married. He even tells his dad that he doesn’t want to be kissed because of the “spit” that could come with it. The way he stops eating pizza, trying to find words to explain why he doesn’t like to be kissed is utterly amusing!
Come to think of it; this boy makes sense!
Girl pretends to sleep
This little girl reminds me of the little me. I used to pretend that I was sleeping to get away with a naughty act I did.
Just the same, this girl pretended to sleep when she was caught stealing a snack.
The smile (more of a smirk, like she got away with something) on this kid’s face is priceless!
I’d love to watch more videos of kids. They’re just the greatest!
